Very friendly and helpful staff. Made us feel most welcome. Great location, only 100m to the ski lifts, restaurants, bars and ski hire. Very clean and well maintained, great spa, solarium, steam room and sauna. This place has everything, better than originally expected. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a balcony with a fantastic view. Lastly, the breakfast at this hotel was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh and local products. I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The location was perfect for our weekend ski trip, just a short walk away from the slopes and a ski/snowboarding equipment storage room available to use. The breakfast was delicious and gave us the energy we needed to start our day on the mountain.

The lack of basic amenities in the room, such as hand soap and adequate lighting. The shower took a few minutes to get hot, but once it did, there were no issues.
